Workshop services
Power Pumps and Engineering offers full maintenance and repair – even if you didn’t purchase your equipment or systems from us. Our service technicians are experienced in analysing and repairing all the major pump brands – even the makes and models that no one else can handle!
With our fully-equipped workshops, we can offer services including:
- Pump maintenance and repair, including fault analysis and quotation prior to proceeding
- Mild and stainless steel welding
- Two pack ceramic coating of internal/ external components
- Spray painting
- Grit blasting
- Pump wash down bay
- Fully equipped machining shop including twin lathes and milling machine
- Pump testing with 132kW variable speed starting (SA only)
On Site services
Power Pumps can also offer the following site services:
- Pump removal and re-installation – via our fleet of service vehicles or crane truck capable of lifting eight tonnes (SA only);
- Stainless, PVC, and poly (including EF welding) pipework, including valves and hoses;
- Commissioning;
- Periodic maintenance including inspection, measurement and reporting on the condition of your pumping system;
- Instrumentation including testing and calibration to ensure fully functional and compliant measurement equipment; and
- Pump energy efficiency audits and pipe flow checks
Our team is trained for specialist work including confined spaces, electrical disconnect/ reconnect and on elevated platforms.
