Submersible Jet Aerator

Power Pumps have designed and developed a range of submersible jet aerators for use in water treatment. These units provide efficient aeration & mixing critical in waste water treatment plants.

The units are designed with complete 316SS wet end including laser cut, welded and balanced impeller and a unique hardwearing urethane diffuser. Inserts can be placed in any one of the sixteen diffuser outlets to modify mixing pattern and air/water ratio.

The submersible motors used as standard are from the Ebara range , but the design can be adapted to take any nominated manufacturer.

A 15kw and 3.7kw unit have been manufactured and more kilowatt sizes continue to be added to the range.

Pump Enclosure

Do you need a simple, easy to handle, aesthetically pleasing enclosure to house your pump system?

Power Pumps has developed an innovative pump enclosure that fits this description as well as providing a solution for those applications where a traditional pump shed is not appropriate or suitable. Utilising Bluescope Aquaplate® Steel, the enclosures can be manufactured in a range of colours to suit your surroundings, they offer sleek lines and classy looks, whilst providing security and ventilation to your pump system.

They are supplied ‘self-contained’, with galvanised steel base frame suitable for securely mounting electrical controls, pump and pipe work. The standard enclosure size (2000Lx800Wx1500H) is designed to house a wide range of pumps and systems and incorporates, gas struts and slide off hinges for ease of installation and maintenance.
